Returns & Exchange Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase of my stickers! If in anyway you are unhappy with the stickers you have received please contact me! I would love to fix the problem so you as a customer are pleased with your experience with Planning Roses.

Payment Policy

I accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. Cancelation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. 

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped from Ontario Canada in rigid white cardboard mailers. There are two delivery options.

The first option is regular letter mail (stamps). This option is the cheaper option but does not include tracking. Once the order leaves my hands I have no way of tracking it. Please note that if you choose this option and your order gets lost we are unable to refund or resend the order.

The second option is tracked shipping. This option is a bit more expensive but has tracking. This means you can check on your order every step of the way until it arrives at your door!

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing times are 2-3 weeks but can take less depending on the time of month you order. Shipping times are as follows:

Canada Letter Mail: 5-7 business days

Canada Tracked Shipping: 3-5 business days

USA Letter Mail: 7-15 business days

USA Tracked Shipping: 5-7 business days

International Letter Mail: 10-30 business days

International Tracked Shipping: 7-10 business days

I received my order but something is wrong with it, what should I do?

If you receive your order and your stickers are wrong, damaged or not cut correctly please message jennarose@planningroses.com with the order number and we would be happy to resend or refund the item.

Can I change my order or my address once my order has been placed?

Items in your order cannot be changed once the order has been placed but you are welcome to change your address anytime during the shop processing time.

If I order more than once am I able to combine my orders?

We are happy to combine orders during normal shop time but unfortunately orders cannot be combined during sales.

Do you do custom orders?

Unfortunately at this time we are not doing custom orders or changing sheets that are currently in the shop. So sorry for the inconvenience.

I have a full or partially full rose reward card, is it still valid?

Yes it is still valid! We are no longer doing reward cards but if you do have a full or partial card you are more then welcome to redeem it! Full cards can be redeemed for $20 CAD credit and partial cards can be redeemed for $3 CAD per rose on the partial card.
